A tradition at Saint Joseph, on Sunday, October 29, 2023, during our 9 AM Mass, our parish family watched the Presentation Rite for First Holy Communion Students from our Parish School and our Faith Formation Program.

It is a Rite that the First Communion Students are presented to the parish, and parishioners are asked to pray for them during the year.

At the back of the church, there were baskets on the Baptismal Font with the name of each student for parishioners to take and pray for that child every day throughout the year.

This has been in this parish for a number of years. It is a beautiful way to acknowledge the students preparing for their First Holy Communion.
